My domain is due to expire, what do I do?

Domain renewal email reminders are sent to the email address that we hold on file for you. The first is sent 60 days before the domain is die to expire. We then send one 30, 15 and 7 days before expiration. The last is sent the day before. The email lists the domain/s that is/are due to expire and explains how to renew them.

Renewing them is very simple. Log into your DomainDonkey control panel, click on Domains, then "View Details" for the domain/s in question.

Click on View Details

On the next page scroll to the bottom and click Renew Domain.

Click on Renew Domain

If you do not take action to renew your domain name it will expire and could be taken by someone else. Although there are redemption periods we do strongly advise that you renew before your domain enters one of these.
