Yes, you can as long as you haven't started to setup your certificate (ie followed the link in the SSL Configuration email you are sent).

If you do need to cancel and require a refund please contact our support department. If you ordered the incorrect level of certificate we can apply the price you have already paid to the new certificate.

Refunds take a couple of days to purchase and may not include any handling fee levered by our payment processors.

If you have setup your SSL certificate we cannot facilitate any refunds and the certificate has been generated for you.
